 This solution is suitable for tracking Documents moving in and out of a facility and can prevent theft of documents. The solution uses a Long range RFID reader at the gates for theft detection. Tags attached to documents that are moving out of the facility are de-activated by a Reader/Writer. Upon receiving the item back into the facility, the tags are re-activated and information is automatically updated. Internally, the documents can also be tracked from room to room. They can be located by using a Hand-held RFID reader.
The solution helps in protecting and tracking documents.
