This solution is suitable for tracking Assets moving in and out of a facility and can prevent theft of assets. The solution uses a Long range RFID reader at the gates for theft detection. Tags attached to assets that are moving out of the facility are de-activated by a Reader/Writer. Upon receiving the item back into the facility, the tags are re-activated and information is automatically updated.
