 NBSD offers a convenient method of identifying the Privileged members of a Club / Hotel using Fingerprint Biometrics and optionally a PC Camera. The fingerprints of all the privileged members are captured on the server along with personal details, membership type, Credit card information. Privileged members are identified at the entrance by the biometric system and their photographs are displayed. This information along with the member’s personal choices of dishes/cocktails, is passed on by software to the Waiter standing at the Main counter PC. The Waiter can thus be able to provide personalized service to the privileged member. For billing, biometric authentication can be done by the member. Purchase pattern analysis can be conducted based on person, facility used, frequency of visits, amount spent and so many other factors.
The system will help in drastically improving customer loyalty.
