Mr. J. Nishanth Reddy is the Chief Executive and founder of NBSD. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering from University of Michigan, USA and Bachelors degree in Instrumentation from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is responsible for overall
growth and direction for this company. He is also the co-founder of Elite FORCE Ltd, USA and Xtreme Worldwide Solutions Inc, USA. He has presented research papers in international and national scientific journals. He has implemented software solutions to the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He has immense management and marketing expertise in addition to
his strong technical background.

Mr. Narender Reddy is the technical and management advisor to NBSD. He has Masters and Bachelors degree in Electronics. He served as a Technical Manager in ECIL for 9 years before founding Nucleonix Systems Pvt Ltd in 1981.He has been responsible for the development of several key products in-house and also through technology transfers from Bhabha
Atomic Research Center (BARC). He has taken the company to international reputation in the field of Instrumentation for Nuclear application. He has presented research papers in several scientific journals. He has over 28 years of expertise in offering electronics and PC based solutions. He has received Indira Gandhi Award for Technical Excellence and
Award for good young Entrepreneurship.

Mrs. Ramani Reddy is the VP, Operations of NBSD. She has a Management degree from Mangalore University. She is a member of leading Lady entrepreneurs association (ALEAP), HRD network and other associations. She is responsible for overall Office operations, coordination and implementation of e-Office. She has also been responsible for getting key Customer accounts like AP Mahesh Co-op bank, Margadarsi, etc through her network of wide contacts.

Mr. Dheeraj Reddy is the R&D manager at Nucleonix Systems Pvt Ltd. He has a Bachelors degree in Electronics. He carries over 5 years of Research and development experience and is responsible for the development of several key products which are now used in Defense Labs, NPCIL and BARC. He has presented research papers in Nuclear scientific
journals.
